0:43.1	news, starting with this health care pricing transparency order signed by the president on Monday.
0:49.3	This order is called Making America Healthy Again by empowering patients with clear, accurate,

0:54.2	health care pricing information. Here's the thing. This order is not necessarily new because it
1:00.5	actually builds off of a previous executive order from the president's first administration.
1:06.3	So let's talk about it. As always, the order has a policy and then a directive. So first, it is the policy
1:12.3	of the United States to put patients first and ensure they have the information they need to make
1:18.3	well-informed health care decisions. The order goes on to explain that the federal government
1:21.9	will promote universal access to clear and accurate health care prices and strive to improve transparency
1:28.5	requirements. Now, for the directive to carry out that policy, the order tasks the Secretary
1:34.5	of the Treasury, Secretary of Labor, and Secretary of Health and Human Services with implementing
1:40.0	and enforcing health care price transparency regulations within 90 days. Specifically, it lays out
