Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. Welcome. Welcome to this peaceful sleep meditation.

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath and let's embark on a gentle journey together.

Relax your body, release your body, accept where you are now.

This moment, this moment right now is your start.

This is where we start with this moment. This moment is your new beginning and you are capable.

You are infinitely capable of new beginnings.

Remember that.

Relax, release your body, head to toe,

shoulders, arms, legs, feet, hands, let go.

Allow this process of letting go be what it is.

Allow this process of relaxation.

Allow it to organically unfold.
