Let's start with Dr. Pelick.

Dr. Pelick, can you introduce yourself for the audience?

Certainly, and thank you, Dr. McCulloch,

for allowing us to appear on your show.

I'm a professor in the Department of Medicine

at the University of British Columbia, where I've been on faculty for about 36 years now.

I'm trained in biochemistry with a PhD degree, and I did postdocing abroad.

I'm Canadian, but I did it in the United Kingdom.
