So, we put out a call on social media for part-time yoga teachers to share your stories -- we asked you why you teach part-time, what keeps you going, and what the challenges are. We culled through the responses and share the highlights in this episode. The stories are inspiring and converge on a simple, yet powerful, truth: Part-time teachers make an invaluable contribution to the yoga community.

0:22.7	episode. One of the reasons that this topic came up is that in conversation in our community,
0:29.8	especially in my teacher training programs, I feel like I hear this phrase a little too often,
0:35.4	which is, well, I'm just a part-time yoga teacher, but dot, dot, dot, dot.
0:40.6	And I've started to realize over the years that I think a lot of part-time yoga teachers
0:46.4	don't fully embrace their value and how important their job is.
0:57.4	And I think that a lot of times people that are part-time teachers either feel a little bit insecure or they feel a little bit like they aren't contributing
1:05.8	as much or they aren't as important or as serious of a teacher. And I just want to push back on that a little bit
1:12.6	and talk for a little bit about why part-time teachers are so incredibly valuable. And also,
1:20.2	we wanted to share the story of several teachers in our community who are part-time teachers.
1:25.8	Yes. I think we were talking about this earlier when we
1:30.7	decided to create this episode and the thinking was part-time teachers are absolutely legitimate
1:37.1	yoga teachers and sometimes they feel like they're not. So let's ask the community for their
