Hey everyone. I'm Andrea Ferretti. And I'm Jason Crandall. Welcome to Yoga Edge.

So we are going to talk today about our week. Yes. But we're also going to talk about our past

and we're going to talk about our future and we're going to talk about our future

because we are going to talk a little bit more about the holidays and our relationship to them.

Some very fun memories and some not so great ones for me.

To be honest.

Let's start with where you are today.

So you are wrapping up your module three of your 300-hour training today.

I am.

In fact, we're recording between sessions.

I have a morning session and an afternoon session.

So I've just graduated a big group.

And the final day is the only day where I go around and I say

everybody that's graduating I need you to raise your Zoom in and we're going to talk and I

have such an immense feeling of gratitude for this group I always do but, but this, the thing, and I was telling

them the students this earlier, that the thing to me that is so surprising about online

trainings that I didn't, that I honestly did not anticipate is the connection in the community

that I feel with them. Yeah.

And they feel with me and each other. And I knew when I, when I started to create online

training content, because I did it for so long before we did the 200 hour and the 300 hour online,

I was for almost 10 years creating courses for glow.

So I knew how to construct the curriculum and execute a training online.
