Today it is all about the Wolverine facelift, the Wolverine revamp of the very late 80s, very early 90s.

Yes, even Wolverine need a freshener. Okay?

They looked at Wolverine. They looked at the sales. They looked at their expectations.

And they weren't where they wanted to be. For the first time, Wolverine wasn't delivering in the way that Marvel had expected.

So they rebooted creative teams. They added new specials and they

planned on a Wolverine story that Todd McFarlane was going to illustrate with an all new look for

Wolverine that I am sure was going to excite everything. But what came next was possibly even better, even more exciting, more thrilling.
