podcast voice. I love it. Thanks for having me on, buddy. Listen, we were ranting and raving a few minutes

ago about what's going on current climate, current situations, but I want to learn about Pete Newbig and how

all of a sudden, VPN. I mean, I want to hear the journey of real estate and how you ended

up becoming an entrepreneur and the story. I'm a little long in the tooth. So I'll give you

the quick synopsis and I'll try to make it entertaining for everybody. Okay. So like most people

listening, I grew up where they,

my family asked me to go get a good, a good education and I can go get a good job. And,

you know, or, or so I got like a semi good education. I got a semi good job, right? And I was living

that life. And I was, I. And I was in IT at the

time. This is back in like 1992. IT was kind of big. So I picked, I picked at least a, you know, a

industry. It was a tailwind. Yeah. So I'm sitting there. But man, I got to tell you,

you know, one day I'm sitting in my office. And meanwhile, I'm making like six figures now. I'm about 30, but man, I got to tell you, Gino, one day I'm sitting in my office.
