I hope that you're feeling well.

I am feeling particularly grateful for feeling well

because earlier this week,

I caught a somewhat virulent upper respiratory infection that had me completely out for the

better part of three days.

And, ooh, it's amazing.

You know, I don't get sick very often.

And when you do catch like a real sickness that

renders you unable to do what you would normally do and you could just stay in bed and try

to eat something and just kind of get through it, you do, generally speaking, come out on the other side at some point right and that's sort of an incredible thing

like i know we don't i don't ever like to get sick but that that even happens that your body takes sick

and it goes through this process of addressing that or healing that, you know?

And the funny thing for me about it, and this has happened before,

and I think I've even asked people about this on this show,

and I've never really gotten a clear answer about it,

is, you know how I know that I've kind of gotten on the other side of the whatever

I caught that made me sick this week is because my back pain returns.
