Julie and I have very different styles.

But, you know, I vacillate between clinical topics and philosophical and existential ones,

and I think there's relevance for all of them.

And I continue to do this program organically, and this was just something that came up the other day that kind of preface us by kind of about how other people's lives can't impact ours,

especially if that individual or your relationship with that person and there is a existing mental illness. Now, for those of you who have been following

the program, or if you're new to the program, I am originally from Chicago. I am from the Midwest.

And I live on the East Coast, and the ocean is right behind me outside my office window

and our house is just down the block so it's very privileged and blessed to live here but

I'm a city person I'm used to walking down Michigan Avenue or down in Wrigleyville,

you know, shopping and jumping in a cab and going to dinner. And it's so living here, it's interesting and living in the water.

And I say this with humility.

I had never thought growing up in the Midwest that I would own a boat.

That was something that was never in my radar.

But Julie had convinced me to, we should get a boat.
