Here at Sierra podcast on this Tuesday, your host, Daniel Horowitz, back here today to discuss

the issues that matter in the way they matter at the time they matter.

And, you know, it's always very frantic here because there really are so many issues.

Immigration, crime, spending, inflation, housing, health care, education, currency, foreign policy.

Politics is like an ocean.

Where people like us view it as a modality of travel. We're trying to traverse

the sea to a fixed destination at the end. So we have a very specific agenda, how we want to travel

at what speed through which currents, and obviously, most

efficiently, not to squander our time that we have to get to the other side. Whereas everyone

else in this business views it as just enjoying the water and the sun as an end to itself,

aimlessly bathing in it. So whatever you're thrown at, whatever weather, current, whatever is

thrown at you, it's fine. I'm just going to sit and soak up the sun and enjoy the water.

It doesn't matter.

We don't have a fixed agenda.

So if Trump comes out or Republicans come out with something good, it's they'll be supported.

If they come out with something liberal, well, now that's based.

So we're going to spend a lot of time today on Texas. We're going to have our favorite
