0:50.7	having a really hard time dealing with my mental health because I feel kind of bad because it's like okay more people are having a rough time right now I need to I need to put my brain towards and my time towards different things and I didn't take time to myself,
1:05.6	I didn't take time to my mental health or anything and I, and then I was focusing on everything that was happening on social media and in the world and I really
1:15.8	forgot who I was, I forgot what I was going through and it all came tumbling down.
1:20.5	And I don't know if there's anybody out there who has experienced something like that as like I have like I just explained
1:26.8	But that was a really really hard thing to to go through and I know I sound very privileged because I am but it was it was
1:35.2	difficult and I wanted to try something and I did and it's something I've always
1:41.0	been scared to try now if you watch my YouTube video, I recently made a video on CBD oils.
1:46.0	And yeah, I've always been scared. I've been so scared of that freaking leaf.
