Well, hey there, welcome to the Kim Constable podcast. Nobody cares. Work harder. I have an absolutely

fantastic episode for you today that you are going to love. And it's a little bit left field, actually,

of the kind of content that I normally put out. But I do think that it's going to be something

that my listeners, you guys, are going to be very, very interested in because the guest today

is someone who I would now consider a friend, actually, his name is Joshua Wayne. And I found him

about a year ago whenever we started having some difficulties at home with my second son. And

there was quite a few things going on, which I was really just genuinely kind of confused about,

which I didn't know how to handle. I didn't know the best way to approach the situation.

And I didn't really know how to communicate with my teenage son who was individuating, who was wanting to strike out and be his own man,

and which was kind of just causing a lot of communication issues at home. And it's funny because recently I shared this journey in my groups,

in some of my, you know, groups for the programs.

I shared the difficulties that we had been having, you know,

with communication, with my second son.

And it was incredible to me how many women were having the same problems.

For total transparency, and I'm a little hesitant to speak about this, I guess,

because I want to maintain the privacy of my second son.

But I think it's important to speak out about.

And so it's hard, I guess, to share without oversharing, but I do think that the amount of

people that this could help is actually very, very beneficial, which is why I've decided

to kind of go, you know, quite

public, I guess, with what, what has been going on. And so what really has happened was whenever
