Welcome to this week's Whiskey, and we are looking at Chicken Cock, and we're looking at their new

entrant into the market, which is their 90-proof rye whiskey. Now, from a little bit of the notes that

we were able to find is that their master distiller, Greg Snyder, worked with Barsound Bourbon

companies, well, Burson Burban Company, which we've had on the podcast before. It's a massive contract distillation operation.

And this mash bill we're looking at is a 95% rye, 5% malted barley.

Now, it is straight whiskey.
