entrepreneurs. And today I'm going to go over the policies for Kamala Harris and Donald Trump and show you how both of their policies

are going to affect the real estate market. Both of them have proposals rather that be tax credit, more taxes,

incentives for first-time buyers or building more houses. And then at the end of this video I'm going to share

who I am personally going to be voting for and all this information is going to be

in the description of this video all of it is non-bias I'm just giving you policy by policy and then I'm going to share

which one I think is best for the real estate market and who you should vote for.

So let's get right to it.

So first thing I want to do is break down Kamala Harris's policies and

with all the information so you could do your own due diligence and again this video is

not going to be a biased video I'm just going to go policy by policy and

explain what they are and how I think they will affect the market all right and

I'm going to be looking at my notes while I do this.

So first policy I want to break down is taxing unrealized gains.

So you might be asking yourself, what is an unrealized gain?

There's actually a lot of lies and deception that are going out about this policy, so I just want to clarify

a lot of things.

So what is an unrealized gain?

So let's say you buy a house that's worth a million dollars and you buy it for five hundred thousand dollars.

You now have a five hundred thousand dollar on realize gain, right?
