Hey, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of the Catholic Talk Show.

Today we're going to be looking at the controversial subject of why women cannot become priests.

That's right. We're going to take a look at scriptural, historical, and traditional reasons that the Catholic Church has excluded women from the priesthood.

There's so many important roles for women in the church that are needed in order to fulfill

her mission. Let's get into the reasons why.

Great. Great to be with y'all as always. Good, good. Excited about this topic. We've got a lot of

material to cover. And it's definitely something that the church has addressed for centuries,

even since its founding. But most you know, most recently with Pope Francis,

Pope John Paul II. So this is something that I think is on the minds of a lot of people.

We're happy to address this today. Yeah, this is one of those items that the church gets a lot of

criticism for.

The church will get cast with all sorts of disparaging comments, that it's misogynist, that it wants to keep women and exclude women from roles and leadership.
