What is up, guys? Welcome back to the show. We are talking motivation and productivity tips. I have had quite the journey with my own productivity and motivation. I haven't always been someone who was

0:36.0

super duper driven, productive, gotten a lot

0:40.4

done in my days. When I was younger, I actually had a huge lack of motivation and drive and focus

0:47.1

to the point where I was diagnosed with ADD, I was put on medication, like it was such a big issue

goals, how to be productive, how to stay motivated, how to cultivate discipline. Let's go through

1:33.9

those tips and tricks today. I really hope they're useful for you. Before we start talking about

1:38.6

motivation, I want to talk about the difference between motivation and discipline. And I have some notes here because I think

1:45.3

this is a really important distinction and something that I didn't quite understand before I got

1:51.1

into my own journey. To me, I think discipline is significantly more important than motivation for

1:57.5

achieving long-term success. And what I mean by that is motivation is a fleeting feeling.

2:04.1

I used to think that some people were motivated, some people are not. And I always thought,

2:08.1

maybe I'm just less motivated than other people. We all have had feelings of motivation before,
