We are going to talk about walking today.

I have done, I know multiple episodes on walking around 10,000 steps a day and all of those

But today I really wanted to dive in to just why walking for fat loss is such a good idea

and how walking really is one of, if not the best cardio tools for fat loss that there is.

So I've got five little bullet points on here that we'll get into, but this really was brought

about because I had a client in the Shred program this last
