So Alicia, as a top officer at a big multinational, how much time do you spend thinking about your company's culture?

I would say it's the majority of my time.

It's interesting because I would expect that from a chief talent officer, CHRO, but you're the CMO.

And honestly, any leader of any function of a company that isn't thinking about their culture, then I'm not sure that they're focused

are motivated and inspired. I see being a steward and being an architect of our culture, something that I need to do if I actually want to get the things on my job description accomplished.
