This paper view was up against game seven of the Eastern Conference semi-finals between the Hawks and the Sixers.

I don't know how the game went, so no spoilers here.

It also lost its biggest attraction when just days before the paper view, they took Roman Reigns off the show.

Their top draw, the Universal Champion, they put the match on free television instead.

So this show didn't have a whole lot going for it coming in, coupled with the fact it was the last Thunderdome show, so still no fans.

Thankfully, this is the last of those.

So the level of interest coming into this paper view was almost non-existent.

And now that I sit here with you, the event is in the books.

And as is the case with a lot of these WWE paper views, we had some good wrestling, coupled with some baffling finishes and booking, including the way they went off the air with a finish where I approve of the outcome.

As far as giving people a distraction roll-up finish in a Hell in a Cell main event on paper view, you know, I have to say we've gotten some pretty shitty Hell in a Cell finishes over the years.

Last year, if I remember, wasn't actually a bad one.

But you go back to 2019, I don't think you guys want me to relive that whole experience again with Seth Rollins and the Fiend.

And then the year before that, we had, I believe, back-to-back years of no contests.

I think that was the one with Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns, if I'm remembering correctly.

So we have had some real whoppers of Hell in a Cell finishes in the past.

This was not the worst, but this was also not in the category of the best.

What I think of how you end a Hell in a Cell match.

Just baffling that they thought, you know, when you look up and down the car, what happened in the raw women's title match and then you see how the main event ended.

I think it just leaves you very uninspired.

So where do you find your excitement from? Because there was nothing exciting about any of any of the key matches anyway on this show.

So where do you look to for your excitement? And we now find ourselves in a situation where people, I think, are really looking at the old faces to come back now is we head into summer slam season.

People are waiting for John Cena. They're waiting for Brock Lesnar. They're waiting for Becky Lynch. They're waiting for Edge. Well, maybe they are.
