Happy Halloween, everybody.

Today was supposed to be the day that we left the European Union.

Come what may, do or die, no matter what.

And of course, we haven't. Or have we? Maybe we have actually left and nobody's told us. Boris Johnson

pledged he would rather die in a ditch that after the European Union for an extension to Article 50

and the terms under which we left. But let us give thanks for what he has at least achieved in the

101 days since he was made Prime Minister back in July.

He actually didn't write a letter to the European Union asking for an extension,

so he kept that particular promise.

He's got a better deal to leave than anything Theresa May was able to do in her entire time as Prime Minister.

He has convinced the hard Brexiteer ERG group in his party to back the deal,

and he's finally got Parliament to not only pass his Queen's speech,

but to give him his election as well.

Now Jeremy Corbyn, of course, would call him a failure.

He would call him a liar.

The SNP say he's like a caged vulture that needs to be kept in the cage.
