Summary

Aspirin helps prevent heart attacks by thinning the blood and reducing clot formation. A blood clot causes 80% of all heart attacks and strokes.

While Aspirin has helped people, it does come with side effects and may not be for everyone.

Surprisingly, 50% of all heart attacks occur between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., likely due to higher levels of cortisol in the morning. Both cortisol and adrenaline can increase clotting.

EPA, an omega-3 fatty acid, acts as a natural blood thinner without the negative side effects. Research has shown that EPA can thin the blood comparably to low-dose Aspirin. EPA can stabilize vulnerable arterial plaquing by decreasing inflammation.

One 2019 study found that people who consumed EPA experienced a significant decrease in plaquing, decreased inflammation, and decreased cardiovascular events. It can also positively affect your mood by reducing cortisol and adrenaline.

EPA helps prevent blocked arteries by making your platelets less sticky. Salmon, mackerel, fatty fish, and fish oil contain EPA, but there’s a better source!

Cod liver oil or cod liver is the best food to unclog your arteries naturally. Along with EPA, cod liver oil contains vitamins A and D. The active form of vitamin A, retinol, helps to repair the body’s internal tissues. It’s also a potent anti-inflammatory and can help decrease atherosclerotic plaquing.

In one study, out of 1000 compounds, vitamin D was the most effective at preventing damage to the internal layer of the arteries. Vitamin D increases nitric oxide and the stiffness of the arteries. It’s a potent anti-inflammatory, stabilizes plaque, prevents rupture, and decreases arterial calcification.

if you can see it, but there's a tiny little over-the-counter pill that's used for pain, fever.

And yes, aspirin has saved a lot of lives. Hundreds of thousands of people over the years have

been helped by aspirin. Before 2022, a lot of lives. Hundreds of thousands of people over the years have been

helped by aspirin. Before 2022, a lot more people were taking aspirin. I think it was recommended for

0:27.0

everyone over the age of 60 to take a baby aspirin every day to prevent heart attacks and stroke.

0:31.7

But then a report after 2022 said, no, not everyone should take this because there's some slight minor complications,

0:39.8

like bleeding ulcers, bleeding in the brain. Aspirin does come with a package. It can cause

0:44.5

side effects, and it's not for everyone. The reason why a lot of people take aspirin to help

0:48.4

prevent a heart attack is because it thins the blood. What I mean by thinning the blood is it reduces

the formation of a clot. 80% of all of the blood. What I mean by thinning the blood is it reduces the formation of a clot. 80% of all

heart attacks and strokes come from a clot, not the blockage of cholesterol building up and

forming a plaque. And just as a side note, almost 50% of heart attacks occur between 6 a.m. and 12 noon.

And my theory about that is you have higher levels of cortisol in the morning.

And both cortisol and adrenaline can increase clotting and increase your chance of getting a heart attack or stroke.

This is why you have something called the broken heart syndrome where a loss of a loved one can increase your chance of getting a heart attack or stroke. by like 2,000%. Let me simply explain what aspirin does. In your blood, okay, you have these arteries,

1:39.9

right? And you have red blood cells that travel through the arteries. They carry oxygen. You also have

1:45.6

white blood cells, your immune cells. But you also have these little things called platelets that are

attracted and respond to injury. In other words, if these were platelets and they're responding to an

injury, they would start to connect and form a clot. Some people take this other
