So today we are going to talk about 10 things that I wish that I knew when I was on like in the beginning of my fitness journey.

So these are, I probably could have made this list a little longer, but I was trying to not

So these are 10 things that I wish that I understood or that I really knew because it makes

That's a good refresher or whatever that looks like. But we're going to roll through these because I think they are

important to know. So that's why they're on here. So, and these are in no particular order.

Number one, all diets have one thing in common, a calorie deficit.

So if it is a diet that is designed to make you lose weight, they all have the same thing in common.

They put you in a calorie deficit, so that is where you're eating fewer calories than your body needs to maintain the weight.
