Today, we are going to talk about if you have, which most of us do,

shiny object syndrome. So, and what I mean by this is this is something where it's like, what I will call squirrel brain,

where it's,

you're not sticking to one thing for long enough to see a result and then be able to

assess the result and make an informed decision from that.

And where we most commonly see this is with diet and exercise.

And I say most commonly see this, like in terms of what I do.

So when you have someone that's struggling to see results, this is typically where I see

people like missing the mark.

It's because they're really inconsistent and it's because they have shiny object syndrome.

So they'll start a plan.

Maybe they stick with it for a week, two weeks, and their results aren't moving fast enough

or they see their friend doing something else or their favorite influencer on Instagram

doing something.

And so then they abandon everything that they've done for the last two weeks and

they start the new thing.
