In 2020 I did 30 transactions, just me myself. I brought two more people onto my team in April of 2021 and from April of 2021 to the end of the year

Today I get to interview Courtney Hatfield.

Courtney is the owner of the Home Court Group, right, the home court team out in

Ohio. The, she's been listening to the podcast. We've already, we've

also been messaging each other on this Instagram and following along in that

social media world. So I bet today we're going to talk a little bit about

social media. Courtney, how's it going? Hey it's going well. Thank you for having me. I

have to tell you I was listening to real estate rock stars on my way to my real

estate classes in May of 2018 and what

I said to myself one day I'm gonna be on the podcast and here we are and here we are

we are that is that gives me chills Courtney I get a little

emotional whenever I get to hear those stories the that is that's why all of us like doing the

podcast right and the and somebody listening right now Courtney is driving to their real estate class and

somebody is like thinking about the same thing and so somebody today is going to have that same dream and

and if you're listening I can't wait to interview you in two or three years as she thinks of this journey so so Courtney so back you're just saying like 2018 is when you were taking is that when you got your license? That is I got my license July 3rd of 2018 day before 4th of July and so I have a lot to celebrate

because I passed on my first try which I was really proud to do.

It's not so easy here in Ohio.
