So it's a great time to be a listing agent for single family, but I also still have some

condo listings that I'm not getting any calls on, right? So it's definitely a balance and you have to make sure that

your business is well-rounded now to make sure you would stand it, you know, this crazy cycle

that we're in.

What was it like?

What was it like when you found out that you were on the list?

Well, it was my last year to apply. I was 29 or so, right? And so I was like, man, if I get this, it'd be pretty cool. It'd be like a nice little bucket list so when I got it

it was it was huge right and I think this year they actually allowed us to be on the cover of the

magazine so I was stoked that it. Yeah.
