Hello and welcome to Perfect Person, the show where I'm Perfect and you're, of course, a person.

I've been meditating recently to sort of stave off the existential dread of sorts that is kind of running through my brain.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is, of course, the tri-annual solo episode, about three times a year.

I rip one by my lonesome in the studio and give one-on-one exclusive therapy to callers.

Now, obviously, it's an insane week.

Holy shit.

The election results were beyond disappointing.

They were shattering.

They were shaky.

And it's going to be a little bit of a special episode today.

It's going to be a little bit different because I've been feeling so discouraged and sad and livid and now I'm kind of trying to lock in and

and see what's next for myself.

And I know that the show for a lot of people is like a special place or a safe place.

This might be your comfort show.

You might be listening on the way to work. Typically the show has kind of a radical empathy toward its

callers. And I think that's like a really important thing to have towards everyone right now.

But before we even get to the calls and I've asked people to call in with extraordinary

things that have happened to them. And we've got some fantastic

ones. I'm excited to play for you guys. I wanted to kind of basically do like, how do we have a

little bit of hope or a little bit of faith in people? So I want to share people's extraordinary
