1:22.0	And I. disorder and I keep relapsing every now and then saying like for eight years and in a and most of my judgments seem to be about myself and my own life situation.
1:40.0	So is there hope for me and to live happily because I feel so stuck with this negative.
1:53.6	When you're manic, there's no problem.

2:02.2	You know your mind is free. But when you come back, guilt, they level you and you just face a world of guilt. What did I say? What did I do? Did I hurt in one's feelings, did I look crazy, did I, all of that's going on.
2:17.1	So that is what you can move from your head to paper. I don't know a way to stop it other than just put you out or another
