I think so much of America is lonely and you could be married to your best friend.

And what I learned in that breakdown is that even though I was right beside, physically

right beside my best friend, I was still filled enough with pride to, it kept me from,

from talking to or being honest about how I felt and I was ashamed for how I was feeling.

And the one person I should be able to trust in those, I was still, it took me a few

days to open up and to finally break.

And I think that some, like you may be married to your best friend and you can still be lonely,

you know?

And I think that isolation, honestly, like if you're a believer, you know, like the, that's

the enemy's greatest tactic.

Actually, whether you're a believer or you're not, there's a real enemy out there and he

wants to keep you isolated.

He does, like that's, that's what he wants you, he wants to keep you locked up and bound

and yeah, you figure it out yourself, you know, and, and I realized I couldn't do that

myself.

And so I talked to somebody weekly or biweekly, definitely now learn to, like, talk to

Brittany about everything that I'm feeling.
