That's what we do with these podcasts. We really let the Word of God go in and do what it's meant to do.

We don't have to fully, I think sometimes we come and bring our mental gymnastics

So on a scale of 1 to 10, it's really important to know how you're feeling.

One is just being awake.

You're awake, you're laying in bed, and you're moving your body, or you're, sorry, you're not moving

your body, just laying there. Your heart rate is up from resting just a bit, but then a 10 would be all out effort.
