0:23.5	have to say that I came downstairs to the recording studio and I thought, what a great job I have.
0:29.4	That I get to talk to my beloved Ellison for about an hour about books. Yeah, yeah. If there's chocolate involved, that would make it great.

0:44.6	I think it, regardless of whether there's chocolate or not, this is living.
0:49.4	So I'm so glad to be talking with you.
0:51.6	Yeah, yeah, yeah.
0:52.5	So, but before we get to books, you are coming to us from a new location.
0:58.3	Yes, yes.
1:00.5	Yeah, we sold the family home about, I guess it was about six weeks ago.
1:06.2	Yeah, we sold it and found a place less than a mile and a half down the road. That's one story.
1:13.6	You know, three bedrooms to bath. Perfect layout, except for one thing. It does not have any
1:20.4	built-in bookshelves. Oh, oh, deal breaker. Deal breaker. Yeah, it almost was. It almost was until we
1:27.1	walked into the master bedroom and we bought it from the owner.
1:30.7	And the owner was showing us this, you know, huge closet, which, you know, Carl and I are having no trouble sharing, but she had it just spilled to the brink.
1:38.1	And then she gestured to this other closet to the side that looked like just one of those, you know, sort of old-fashioned,
1:45.9	you know, back closet.
1:47.4	And she opened it up, and it's like a 10 by 10 room with, you know, wiring and a fan
1:55.3	and light.
1:55.8	And she goes, yeah, the guy that built this turned this into his office.
