2:05.9 | So maybe before we dive in, though, maybe you can explain a little bit about what EMDR is, Debbie. |

2:17.1 | EMDR stands for eye movement, desensitization, and |
2:21.4 | reprocessing. Now, desensitization refers to the reduction of distress, of fear, of anxiety, |
2:28.5 | and reprocessing refers to the reevaluation or the restructuring of thoughts and beliefs and basically the transformation of one sense of self relative to past traumatic experiences. |
