As many of you know, I'm not a fan of fasting, I'm not a fan of

that I think about things. We don't want to be giving our body the signal of

scarcity, we want to be giving our body a signal of abundance by giving it nutrients in organs like liver, either fresh or what we make at heart and soil, and we want to give you giving our bodies enough carbohydrates. Obviously there's caveats based on your individual physiology, but the source of the carbohydrates

matter for many people, including more carbohydrates in their diet, is a huge improvement

in their thyroid function, their energy, their libido, their endurance.
