We're talking about the pros & cons of condensing your eating window (aka "intermittent fasting"), especially for women in perimenopause or menopause. Or, as Laurie Lewis says, "from 44 years to forever."
For Laurie (age 59), menopause dealt a crushing blow - brain fog, memory loss, and the sudden gain of 50 lbs of hormonal fat. She tried everything she knew to feel better, and the methods that worked in the past made NO difference. She felt like a stranger in her own body.
Laurie was open to my wariness around the IF conversation, and shares a great deal of insight a new way to approach at this ancient method of healing.
