Summary

Do you hate the feeling of disappointment? Are you afraid to go all in, out of fear that it just might not work out? Do you ever feel like you spend your life waiting for the other shoe to drop? I used to be afraid to go all in on things because I was afraid of disappointment. When I learned that disappointment wasn't permanent and didn't have to define me, I shed the shame and learned how to allow it in my life. Once you allow something, you are no longer held back by the fear of it … you no longer spend your time avoiding it.

Discouragement is similar. It doesn't have to suck you in and keep you stuck. I am a big feeler, and when I used to get discouraged, it was hard core and really deep. In this episode of The Confidence Podcast I'm going to share my exact strategies that I now use to talk back to my discouragement. You can apply these to your life and be able to accelerate your ability to move forward with confidence.
