I'm Ankarik Fox News, the outgoing Senate Majority Leader referencing the unidentified drones

in the night skies.

Senator Chuck Schumer said Sunday, first we have to know what these aircraft are.

If the technology exists for a drone to make it up into the sky, there certainly is the

technology that can track the craft

with precision. He says the so-called Robin system does that using 360-degree radar tracking.

He'll call for DHS to deploy it to get answers about these apparent drones.

He'll also act legislatively.

Allowing local police departments and state police departments to help the feds inciting these

drones.

Senator Schumer says unless these drones fly over an airport or military base, there is no

law restricting them from being in the air.
