Is your mind ever go to that silent worry zone where you start feeling like you're afraid you might backslide, you're afraid of regression, you're afraid of gaining the weight back or that the business though it's doing well, it might not continue to do well. You're honestly

you're just waiting for the other shoe to drop and you want to be a positive person you

want to be an optimistic person but you're afraid that it might be too good to be true, or that you
