Hey everyone, Vancouver Radio, episode number 655, I do hope you are having an awesome day.

So on social media earlier on this week, well would have been about a week ago by the

time this podcast goes live, I wrote a social media post discussing how I felt my mental

health was and I felt that at the time of writing, I was struggling to kind of get back

to myself. Having long COVID has been extremely difficult physically and mentally and I kind of

wrote this post in a kind of reflective state that I thought I wasn't able to get back 100% to

kind of beam myself and there was a lot of beautiful comments. So if anyone listening to this

commented, thank you very much, had a huge amount of activity on the post, loaded DMs, people reach

out to me on WhatsApp that know me personally and that was really cool. So thank you very much.

The reason I write posts like that, the reason I do podcast like this is to try and help and a lot

of the comments that people were writing and this has been the case whenever I've been kind of

vulnerable on the podcast and just sort of put how I'm thinking and feeling out there or

be pretty raw about an experience that I've had is a lot of people resonate with that and I felt

coming out of the pandemic, it's like the pandemic ends and then all of a sudden we just like

click our fingers and we're able to just slip back into living in a normal life and living our best

life and I don't feel that's been the case for a lot of people and I feel I've seen it in quite a

few environments that I've been in where it's not just been a case of just getting back to normality

and we can see this across industry like statistics of how some industries have changed,

it's quite remarkable. You look at the schooling system, I think I've read a report the other day

that something like now 11% of school children are still not back in school. So the pandemic has

changed some children's behavior like they maybe don't want to go back to school, maybe some people

have been schooled at home like I don't know but I know that there's kids that are like anxious to
