Hey everyone, Vancouver Radio, episode number 680. So today, a little bit different. I'm

going to share with you the audio of a webinar that I did all around sleep supplements.

So I was working on behalf of a sleep-focused company. They asked me to come in and do

a webinar. And I think the way that I presented it lends itself really well to audio as

well. I don't think it needs the slides because I kind of cover everything. So if you have been

intrigued about sleep optimisation, because I do cover that a little bit as well, because you can't

talk about specific things like supplements without saying, look, you really need to be doing

the basics. I then go to talk about sleep supplements and the current research around different

nutrients. I talk about the things that people think are going to benefit sleep in terms of

supplementation and how it doesn't really do anything. And I think that's really important because

some of these supplements are actually quite expensive. You don't want to be buying supplements

that are costing £40-50 a month than like, you know, they're not doing anything. The research
