Okay. The fourth thing that I did that absolutely contributed to my journey

and continues to contribute to my journey is I went to therapy. I did therapy. I did a lot of

therapy. I went to a therapist for the first time when I was 14 years old and I have gone on

and off since then. I've gone to different kinds of therapists. I've gone to talk

therapy. I've gone to physical therapy. I've done IFS. I've done inner child work. I mean like if

there's something that I'm struggling with, I think you've gathered this by now. I don't want to

struggle with it. I want to feel better. And so I will find someone who

specializes in that particular thing and I will get some advice and some resources and I will try

them and I will see what works. And I have a few thoughts on this for anybody who, if you know

that you need to go back to therapy, let this be your reminder.

But if you are considering therapy and you've never gone before, I have some thoughts on things
