It's hard for all of us who are working through trauma,

and on some level we'll work through trauma for the rest of our lives.

We are a special kind of warrior, and I don't use that word lightly.

A special kind of warrior.

We have a strength that is unmatched because not only did we go through those things, but we

continue to stand up and try our best and do a little better and reach for more and believe in

ourselves and do the work. And on some days, I want to, like, throw middle fingers in the air and be like, I'm done.

Like, this sucks.

This is too hard.

I don't feel it, especially in the last several years where my hormones have fluctuated

so much with paramedopause.

My mental and emotional health is a much

harder trek for me than it used to be.
