Trying to stop it. I'm Lisa Lucero, Fox News. Lawyers for Venezuelan men detained in Texas by the Trump administration have asked the Supreme Court to keep them from being sent out of the U.S.

The group of Venezuelan men there say they have filed in a number of different courts, including that emergency filing with the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court did say five four just days ago, you can use the Alien Enemies Act to deport people,

but you have to give them some effort at notice and due process.

Tonight, this group of men, their attorneys, the ACLU are arguing they don't have the notice,

they don't have the time to challenge what they call imminent deportation.

Fox is Shannon Bream. The Alien Enemies Act is a 1798 law that allows the president to detain,

relocate, or deport non-citizens from a country considered an enemy of the U.S.

Maryland, Senator Chris Van Hollen, back from El Salvador after visiting with Kilmar Obrego-Garcia,

who is living in Maryland before he was deported. It was native country last month. The Trump administration claims

he's a gang member, but has also said he was deported in error. I asked him if he was okay.

He said yes. He said he has, I think a blood pressure condition. He has seen a doctor.

Van Hollen says Abrago Garcia told him he has been moved from a notorious prison to another

detention center. A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration from enacting a policy

that bans the use of the letter X used by many non-binary people on passports as well as

the changing of gender markers.

A vigil held tonight for the victims of yesterday shooting at Florida State University in Calahasse.

We are heartbroken. Two people lost their lives. Six more were injured.

who work for a food service vendor.

The names of the wounded have not been released.
