Hey, everyone. Welcome back. Today, let's discuss the warning signs of Candida. The first step toward

0:35.4

resolving Candida is first understanding if you have it.

0:38.1

So let's cover a little bit about what Candida is and then the main indicators that you may have Candida.

0:45.1

And I just want to start by being careful to delineate that Candida is a part of the normal microbiome.

0:53.5

2:04.0

filaments that burrow down into tissue, release toxins, and cause inflammation. And part of what's

2:11.1

going on here, not to go too far afield into causes, but I just want to make a couple notes,

2:16.7

oral hygiene, so brushing and flossing, not consuming a lot of sugary drinks.

2:22.6

But the other component here, just to briefly bring your attention to, is if you have

2:28.9

dry mouth.
