Summary

After I personally went from being obese at 250 pounds with 34 percent body fat to 170 pounds and 6 percent body fat, I cracked the fat loss code. The code that unlocks fat loss is lowering insulin.  The cool thing about having the combination to a code is that it unlocks no matter what!! I tested this out with over 5,000 of my students with great success. You have hundreds of hormones inside your body. Hormones are chemical messengers. Some hormones activate fat burning, some hormones help with energy, some hormones help with longevity, but ONLY ONE HORMONE causes fat storage (and shuts off fat burning).
