Let's start right here. A lie told often enough becomes the truth. Chances are, I could ask

this gentleman, Ansel Keys, in the 1950s. He had a PhD in oceanography, and he was working

with the United States government. And he set out to determine what is the root cause of heart disease.

He had a hypothesis. It is cholesterol. It is saturated fat. So he did this study called the 22 country study.

But here is the thing. He did not find the answers looking at these different countries.
