One, quick relief strategies, because I completely understand, especially as a clinician, people needing relief quickly,

but also simultaneously people wanting to resolve the underlying cause of the constipation.

And because some of the causative treatments take a month or two to take full effect,

you probably know some of the negative consequences of constipation.
