I always find myself coming back, being depressed and difficult to attach to people.

is one syllable. It's either yes or no and no one can give you the answer to that but

you. So some of you But you have believed this for how many years?

So some of you have believed, like Kenny, you believe this for how many years? 53 years you've believed it.
