1:02.7 | those enzymes and or bile or ways to help restore and facilitate bile release, which can |
1:10.6 | actually be anti-cebo, anti-concipation, and help |
1:14.7 | with detoxification. We also discussed HCL and how and when and at what dose to use it. |
1:23.4 | We talked about the DAO enzyme for histamine. We discussed fiber and fiber digesting enzymes and brush border enzymes. |
1:34.6 | And again, I really appreciate about Heidi how much time she spends here. |
1:38.4 | So there was many clinical pearls that she shared. |
1:42.2 | Also, her perspective on how gut function influences diet, |
1:47.9 | and the perspective on diet should not be one of long-term strict avoidance, but rather |
