I'm Gianna Jalosi with your Fox True Crime Minute. A Texas influencer gets the maximum

sentence for trying to pay a friend $60,000 to murder a

rival and one of her online haters. 35-year-old Ashley Grayson ran a popular internet business from her

home in Dallas, touting herself as an eight-figure business coach, course creator, and philanthropist.

In 2022, she contacted a friend in Memphis and asked her to fly to Dallas for a so-called

business opportunity. It ended up being Grayson wanting the friend and her husband to kill three people

for $20,000 per hit. Prosecutors say the three people were Grayson's ex, a bitter rival who ran a

similar business in Mississippi, and a woman who made negative social media posts about her online.

The Memphis couple pretended to agree to the deal, but instead gave police a video of Grayson

talking about the scheme.

Grayson was found guilty of murder for hire and given the maximum sentence of 120 months in prison.
