That is a

massive part of business, actually. And as owners and founders of the business, one of the things we

always need to be doing is looking further down the line. So when it comes to annual planning,

that's like Christmas come early for us. It's like Christmas starts when annual planning starts.

And I'm pleased to say,

we've done it already. Still a bit to be done, but the big chunk of work around what our plans

are for next year has been complete. And because we're nuts, we're going to share it publicly.

Yeah, at the time of recording, we've just got back from our annual planning trip. It's a well-known

fact that you can only do annual planning effectively if you go

and do it in a swanky hotel where you get a three-course dinner afterwards. All the business books

will tell you this. This is fact. There are six of us representing different parts of the business

who went and did that and we'll take you through exactly what we're planning to do. But first,

I think it's probably worth having a very quick recap of how we actually make money as a business.

You're going to go, well, podcast's free, there's no adverts, you're not selling any courses,

what kind of a business is this? And the answer is... YouTube ads.

The answer is not YouTube ads. It makes more than zero, but not a lot more than zero.
