property goals that started the year. So we've done lots of content around that. We've had lots of inquiries off the back of that. But that's

just business as usual, but we've been all over the place. Yeah, we have. You in particular,

because we've got lots going on with the business. We'll talk about that in a minute. But a

couple of weeks back, you went out with a few members of our team to Dubai. So how did you

manage to justify that as a business expense and how does it go? Okay, here's my pitch, see how it

sounds. So we have talked for a long time about doing something overseas because so many of our

clients are actually overseas, around 10%. But that's 10% of our clients who are

expats who've found us, but we've never marketed to those people until very recently.

They've just found us and thought, wow, what a great fit for what I do. And it makes sense,

right? You're really far away, so you have to be hands off. And we are set up, we being property

of invest, are set up to be hands off. And we are set up, we being property of invest,

are set up to help people who are time poor or want to be hands off or have to be hands off,

but have the funds to invest. And people in expat communities tend to earn quite well,

so they've got the funds to do it, but they don't have the time or the ability to do it.
